Shipping Policy for NUI
At NUI, we are committed to delivering your products quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle your orders.
Shipping Locations
- Local Shipping Only: We currently ship exclusively within Lebanon.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- iCarry Shipping Aggregator: We partner with iCarry to ensure your orders reach you promptly and securely.

Standard Shipping:
- Beirut: 1-2 business days
- Outside Beirut: 2-4 business days
Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Costs
- Flat Rate Shipping: A flat shipping rate of $3 applies to all orders within Beirut. And $4 to all orders outside Beirut.
Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address when placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@thisisnui.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with iCarry to locate the package and, if necessary, send a replacement.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product, and contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Changes: If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
- Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, orders will be processed and shipped as per the standard procedure.
Delivery Issues
- Delays: While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed, we will notify you and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
